Terms and Condidtions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Introduction
1.1 This advertisers agreement (“the Agreement”) is made between letdirectni.com (“letdirectni.com”, “We”) and the Advertiser (“You).
1.2 By entering into this agreement you are confirming you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to them.
1.3 You agree to letdirectni.com publishing your advert details on our web site.
2. Your Responsibilities
2.1 You have the legal right to rent the property.
2.2 The description you supply is true and accurate and not misleading. letdirectni.com does not take any responsibility for the accuracy of the information supplied and cannot be held liable.
2.3 You will pay the full advert fee before the advert will be published.
2.4 You have obtained permission from the owner of any photographs used in the advert. letdirectni.com will not be held liable for breach of copyright.
2.5 If you have a contract with an Estate Agent, you have independently checked your contract with regards to the terms and conditions that you must pay the Estate Agents commission. If later it is found that you are legally bound to pay the Estate Agents commission, letdirectni.com will not be liable.
2.6 Only one property may appear in each advert.
2.7 You will set your own rental price.
2.8 You will arrange and conduct viewings for the advertised property.
2.9 You will inform letdirectni.com once the advertised property is rented.
3. letdirectni.com Responsibility
3.1 We will supply and erect a ‘To Let’ board, where requested, within 5 working days.
3.2 We will, to the best of our efforts, ensure that the letdirectni.com web site is available at all times. We reserve the right to take the site ‘off-line’ without prior notice for essential maintenance and upgrades.
3.3 letdirectni.com has final say in what pictures are published on the site and will remove any pictures deemed to be unsuitable
3.4 letdirectni.com has ultimate control over what information is displayed on the site and has the right to amend or remove any comments deemed to be unsuitable for publication on the site.
3.5 Letdirectni take know responsibility for the content or accuracy of adverts placed on the website. All property details are the responsibility of the landlord with letdirectni taking no responsibility for same.
4. Refunds
4.1 You may cancel this contract by informing letdirectni.com Ltd in writing or email within 24 hours of placing the advert for options 2 and 3 only.
4.2 Under no circumstances will our liability exceed the value of advertising fee received
4.3 This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
